In the dead of the night, 9-1-1 dispatcher Boudewijn receives a desperate call from a terrified young woman, Julia. She says that the man who’s been stalking her for days has just showed up at her door and is trying to break in. When the intruder shatters a window and enters Julia’s home, the dispatcher must do everything he can to keep her out of her stalker’s hands.
